Tunisia will launch an international tender soon for a fixed-line telecoms licence, part of a drive to boost inward investment and quicken economic growth, a Tunisian newspaper reported on Monday.

« The project of a second fixed-line phone concession will be accelerated, to be finalised as soon as possible, » daily Le Quotidien said.

« A team charged with this project in the telecoms ministry is preparing an international tender … to select a second fixed-line phone operator, » it added, without giving further details.

Tunisia has one of the most developed telecoms industries in North Africa, but the market is maturing fast.

The country awarded a mobile phone licence in 2002 to Tunisiana, a joint venture of Kuwait’s National Mobile Telecom (Wataniya) and Egypt’s Orascom Telecom.

State-controlled Tunisie Telecom still holds a monopoly in fixed-line services and controls 72 percent of the mobile market.

It has about 4.5 million mobile and fixed-line customers in the North African country of 10 million.

Dubai’s Tecom holds a 35 percent stake in Tunisie Telecom after outbidding France’s Vivendi.

J’ai fini dernierement d’installer le nouveau serveur de domaine de la société ou je bosse, j’ai opté pour la “force”.

Caractéristiques de la machine : Un Hp ML110 avec µp P4 cadencé a 3Ghz, 4Go de Ram, disque dur 2*80Go SATA et LAN 1Go.

Caractéristiques Software : Windows 2000 server Sp4, Isa Server 2000 et Exchange 2000.

En se basant sur l’active Directory, j’ai crée des groupes et avec la GPO, je leur ai spécifié une stratégie qui leur donne access ou non à internet, un Wallpaper unique, un bureau “irrant” (pour le groupe des superviseurs), puis l’installation des applications necessaires pour le travail de chaque groupe d’entre eux.

Partie securité, j’ai utilisé pour l’antivirus Norton Corporate Edition (qui s’installe, s’il n’est pas installé, lors du login de l’utilisateur sur le domaine), pour le filtrage web, j’ai utilisé plusieurs soft qui j’ai remarqué qu’ils sont la référence dans leur domaine :

– GFI WEB MONITOR : c’est un outil comme son nom le montre, permet de “superviser” en temps réel les sites auquel accède les utilisateur de mon domaine.

– SURFCONTROL WEBMONITOR : permet de creer des règles en se basant sur ISA server pour autoriser ou interdire l’access à certains sites ou certaines catégories de sites selon le choix.

– GFI Download Security : permet ou interdit le téléchargement de extensions que l’on spécifie dans sa configuration.

– Device Lock : permet ou interdit l’access aux périphériques choisis (USB, disquette, CD) au membres du groupe.

– McAfee GroupShield pour Exchange : permet d’analyser les mails interne qui véhicuelent à travers le serveur exchange entre les utilisateur du domaine.

Partie communication : j’ai activé MSN Messenger Service de MSExchange et comme ça à chaque utilisateur , auquel je donne le droit, une adresse “MSN” locale.
